Data we process
Only the data you send through the forms on this site: shop name, your name, your email and your message. If you send a photo of your shop, we also process the photo and your permission to publish it. We store a technical fingerprint of your IP address to prevent automated submissions. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
Purpose
To handle requests to add, change or remove shop listings, and to review photos sent by shops for publication on the MadShoppers website and social media.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to ivan@cxpro.es.
Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties, except the hosting and database provider (Supabase), which processes it only to deliver that service.
Retention
We keep the data until the request is resolved, and for no longer than 12 months.
Location
If you press “Near me” and grant permission, your location is used only on your device to sort shops by distance. It is never sent to a server or stored.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, correction and deletion by writing to ivan@cxpro.es. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
